Starting a Franchise Business with Eddie Uribazo.

How small business owner Eddie Uribazo launched a franchise location of Office Evolution in Plantation, Florida. He also shares his entrepreneur story. After serving in the Navy and working for a large corporation for 24 years, he decided it was time to be his own boss. Recently he launched his latest small business venture – an Office Evolutions franchise business in Plantation, Florida.

Eddie Uribazo - Business Owner

Eddie Uribazo is a small business owner, and the co-owner of Office Evolution of Plantation, Florida – a business center providing private offices, and productive collaborative coworking spaces. Eddie is a United States Navy veteran, and after serving his country he spent over 30 years in the HVAC Controls industry where he started as a system application engineer of a major corporation and worked his way to management positions.

Eddie started his entrepreneurial career when founded his own successful controls company, and recently opened a new location of the Office Evolution franchise – despite the challenges of the COVID-19 crisis!

I am a minority investor in this Office Evolution location, and have enjoyed the opportunity to provide some assistance as Eddie selected this business opportunity, developed the location, and now we are working together to make it a great long-term success!

Eddie lives in Pembroke Pines, Florida with his wife Mitzy and his children Miranda and Christian.
