Bobby Herrera is the author of “The Gift of Struggle”, the President, CEO and co-founder of the Populus Group – a service firm that helps companies better manage their non-permanent workforce -, and a proud U.S Army Veteran.

Bobby is one of thirteen children from a migrant family, and his early life taught him the value of hard work, rising early, and putting long hours in the field. These values also helped him through his time in the U.S. Army.

Bobby lives in the Portland, Oregon Area.
