Peak Performance for Small Business Owners with Steve Smith, an entrepreneur, Performance Based Business and Executive Coach, Business Advisor and Speaker. He shares his journey from the corporate world to launching his consulting business, and advice for achieving Peak Performance in life and business.

After a stellar 30 year career in the consumer products manufacturing industry, Steve converted his knowledge and experience into a successful business and executive coaching company. In 2008, he opened GrowthSource Coaching in Orange County, CA.

Steve draws business clients from around the world and has served over 400 to date. His specialties in leadership, management and marketing make him an ideal coach to help professionals who want to become world class business owners or company executives.

Steve co-hosts a radio program simulcast on BlogTalk Radio and Google Hangouts On Air, writes articles for several online publications and has been a frequent guest for many business media outlets.

In his spare time, Steve and his wife travel on their motorcycle, care for their adopted greyhound and visit the grand kids as much as possible. They live in Orange Country, California.
