More about EOS:

Our company founder, Gino Wickman, started his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 21 and soon became the owner of a family business, one of the top sales training companies in the United States. Gino turned the business around in about three years and continued to run it for another four years, then sold the business.

During that time, he was one of the original ten members of the Detroit chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, which soon grew to 90 members. Gino found himself advising many of his fellow EO members and fell in love with the world of business and entrepreneurialism. He discovered a passion and knack for the science of business, so after he retired from his own company, he created the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and set out to help entrepreneurial leadership teams get what they want out of their businesses.

Don Tinney, a business veteran with 30 years of experience leading entrepreneurial teams, joined forces with Gino in 2005. Together, they built a community of EOS Implementers who are passionate about helping entrepreneurial companies and their leadership teams thrive using the EOS Process and Tools.
